5th and 6th February Training Ride

Me and Noreen are away next Weekend. Does anyone fancy organising the Cycle? I think that John and Ainsley are up for it.

Did anyone get out this weekend? I managed a short ride on Sunday morning. Went to the tow path as per last week but turned South and headed in towards London. Massive head-wind made the flat seem like going up hill!! Got as far as Lea Bridge Road and then had to turn back. Coming home was much easier. 15 Miles in about 1hr 40 mins for me this week.
